How Can erectile Dysfunction Be Treated?

My boyfriend says his penisuse to measure at a 7 1/2 inches. He is not circumcised and about 15 years ago he had a tear of the foreskin. Now he doesn t really get hard. It is frustrating for him. Can that cause him to not get a full erecting? He also has gout. We are trying to find anything to help him.. Zhejiang has low self esteem no confidence and fights with embarrassment.. please help. It s been 3 weeks since he has pulled the foreskin over his head..

Usually, penile foreskin tear does not cause erection issues. But, anxiety and stress related to that issue can cause such erection issues. I suggest online counseling for him.
